BMW Software for PC Retriever 8700 VI, includes BMW 20-pin Diagnostic Adaptor (#5803) and Users Manual.
Regulation [CCR Section 3340.16.5(a)(13)] requires Smog Check Test & Repair stations to have an Enhanced OBD II Scan Tool. PC Retriever 8703 V2 is identified as meeting the Enhanced OBD II Scan Tool regulation requirement for BMW 1988-2008.
